• The Electronics & Communications Engineering laboratory focuses on software and hardware technologies for the development of consumer electronics and industrial embedded and distributed real time systems. The laboratories are equipped with discrete components as well as trainer kits to perform various analog and digital modulation/demodulation schemes. Microwave and optical communications lab provides students to do experiments in advanced communication systems .Separate computer lab has provided for doing MATLAB and simulation software and embedded programming for the ECE dept.

  The department is headed by Dr. S V S Prasad. Professor and H.O.D of ECE Dept. He did M.Tech from BITS, Pilani JNTU and Ph.D from JNTU. He has 20 years of Teaching experience. He is authored two Text Books. His area of interest is Optical Fibre Communications and Computer Networks.
