Organizational Chart and Process

• Nature & Extent of involvement of faculty & students in academic affairs /    improvements
  Siddharta Institute of Engineering & Technology(SIEI) had started conducting technical seminars to students.  Special Lectures / Seminars by Guest Lecturers are also conducted from the time of its inception.
  
  
• Mechanisms / Norms & Procedure for democratic / good Governance.
  The senior faculty members from the respective departments are responsible for academic functions, namely Syllabus coverage & completion, attendance of faculty, availing leave, conduct of internal, on-line and university examinations, tutorials for students, valuation of answer scripts, setting Question papers etc., also discipline aspects of the college. They are also responsible for establishment of laboratories up-keep, maintenance & conducting experiments in lab examinations as per JNTU syllabus.

• Student’s feedback on Institutional Governance / faculty performance
  Suggestion box is provided and once in a fortnight the Principal reviews the opinions, suggestions, feedback provided by the students and takes appropriate necessary actions in this regard. Student feed back forms were provided to students to give their suggestions.
